How it works

1. Purchase the Diagnostic.

2. Complete the Diagnostic Request form.

3. Send or drop off your device (no accessories needed).

4. Same-day to 24-hour diagnosis (subject to parts & workload).

5. We email your report and quote. If you approve, we deduct £25 from the repair.

Notes

• The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you choose not to repair.

• This service does not include data recovery or repairs.

• Please remove SIMs and cases; back up data where possible.
